Local Shipping Methods & Rates
For purchases above SGD 80, we offer free delivery.
For purchases under SGD 80, the delivery charge is SGD 6.
International Shipping Methods & Rates
We offer different types of shipping via FedEx depending on how fast you want your deliveries to be! As shipping rates and delivery times differ for each country, please refer to the shipping section in the check-out page for more information.
We offer free international shipping for purchases above SGD$350.
Who Is Responsible For International Custom Duties?
International Customers please note that you will be responsible for any and all customs fees, taxes, tariffs or duties levied by your government.
Please be aware that these fees will usually be collected by the shipping agency upon delivery. All parcels are shipped from Singapore to your address.
Please also note that we are unable to fulfill any request to declare your package for any value other than the total value paid at check out.
I did not receive my confirmation email upon check out, help!
If you do not receive your confirmation email, it is likely to be in your SPAM / Junk folder ! We apologize if it is not found in your SPAM folder, please contact us and we will sort it out.
How Long Does It Take To Process My Order?
Upon check-out, a thank you email will be sent to you along with a copy of your order confirmation. We take 1-2 business days to process your order locally and 4-5 business days for international orders. We will notify you via email along with your shipment tracking number!
We are working closely with our external partners and carriers to ensure your order can reach you as quickly as possible.

Do you have discounts or promo codes that I can use for my order?
We highly encourage you to sign up for our emails and follow our social media. We will share the latest launches, news and offers through these platforms. While we may not offer discount codes often, we do have kits and seasonal kits that are priced at a great value. Please note that each discount code can only be used once per customer unless stated otherwise.
Can I use more than one promo code?
You can only use one promo code per order. If you encounter more than one working promo code, please choose the one more attractive to you!
Offers cannot be used in conjunction with other promotion codes unless otherwise stated.
All promotion codes are available for a limited time and cannot be use once they expire. Promotions are not redeemable for cash. We reserves the right to change or rescind offers and promotion codes at any time. Please note that misuse of promotions and codes may result in order cancellation.
Promotion codes can’t be used on new launch items as well as seasonal discounted kits.
If you are having an issue with a promo code, please be sure your order meets all qualifications for the promo code or that the code is still valid. If you are still having issues, please contact us.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
What is your return policy?
We hope that you like our products as much as we do but if that is not the case, we will accept returns on any unopened and unused products purchased from ronana-beauty.com and official pop-ups with proof of purchase within 30 days of purchase date confirmation for a refund in store credits or an exchange.
If you purchased your RONANA Products at one of our authorized retailers, please contact them for assistance.
All packaging and/or wrapping and tamper resistant seals must be intact; otherwise the item will be considered unfit for re-sale and will not be accepted for refund or an exchange.
We will only proceed with the exchange or refund upon receiving the product. Please note that delivery charges incurred previously will not be refunded. Please reach out to us with your order number and your reason for return.
Items that are purchased during sales or using a promotion code are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Exchanges are one time only.
